"We've already planted our Buds' garden in the keyhole bed in the Teaching Patch. It's all brassicas, and they are growing well! Have you had any to eat this week?? How about cabbage (cold slaw?) or kale (in a salad or soup?) Pretty tasty!
For our field trip on October 19th, bring a little notebook and pencil. We'll be learning about some of the native plants in Seven Islands State Park, and you just might see something you'd like to grow in your own garden! Have your parents watch your email for more details on the field trip.
